Rutters 1953 T Knobs

I have had quite a few requests for this knob - seems some like the bullet/dome top look. The knurl was all over the place in "53," so I picked the one I liked. The knurl is a bit sharp so a one finger spin is easy. Hand machined the old way, by me. 1/4'' solid shaft.

Rutters Bridge

Machined from billet Cold Roll Steel (CRS) 0.10 thick for added sustain and full tone; double cut smooth edges and back cut around the pickup to retain “Twang”. Vintage 4-hole mount, 2 1/8" string spacing. Includes choice of “Rutters straight comp saddles."

Rutters Vintage Stamped Bridge, Nickel Plate

Cold roll steel 16 gauge (0.58"); just a bit thicker for added strength. The original was 18 gauge (0.048"). Between the added thickness and my bending method, this one is stiff and extremely flat, solving that "squealing" issue. The added thickness does not take away any "Twang". Use the Broadcaster saddles for that woody throaty tone, or the brass saddles for a thicker warmer tone.
